4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonus offers on bd456 are provided under the following general terms:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• A bonus applies only to the account for which it was approved.
• Attempting to earn bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• bd456 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• After receiving a bonus, bets will be placed using the bonus balance first, after which the main balance may be used.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

The following rules must be followed when playing games on the bd456 platform:

• All games are operated in a manner that ensures fair and random outcomes. Fair play principles are strictly followed on the bd456 platform.
• Using any software, bots, automated systems, or any other method to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to profit from any technical error or bug in the system is prohibited. Any funds obtained in such cases will be voided.
• If a disconnection occurs during a game, an attempt will be made to restore the game state upon reconnection. However, in some cases the game may be counted as a loss.
• In sports betting, bets placed before a match begins are valid. Live betting markets operate under separate rules.

6 VIP & Loyalty Program

The bd456 VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold Tier: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Members may be promoted to a higher tier based on their activity and regular participation. bd456's decision on granting and changing VIP benefits is final.

7 Prohibited Activities & Account Suspension

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd456 platform:

• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person or gaining access to another person's account.
• Conducting coordinated betting ("bonus abuse") or arbitrage betting to circumvent bonus terms.
• Fraudulent, harassing, or threatening behaviour towards other members.
• Creating or operating an account using false or misleading information.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, bd456 may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice and seize the associated balance.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

• A member's personal information will not be sold to any third party.
• Documents collected for identity verification are stored securely.

• Any service disruption caused by unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — such as natural disasters or government directives.

In any circumstance, bd456's maximum liability will be limited to the value of the transaction in question.

12 Changes to Terms & Enforceability

bd456 reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect from the date they are published on the platform.
